TAAKANA CEREMONY & METAL MURTI BHARAI PROGRAM ON JUNE 4, 2022 IN AHMEDABAD
THREE ANJAN SHALAKA GHEEBOLIS ON JUNE 4, 2022 IN AHMEDABAD
Our Benefactors, Honorary Trustees and Friends in India are helping us in many ways and specially in raising funds in India to help us pay for Marble and FRP. Under the auspicious leadership of Acharya Shree Padmasagar Suriswarji Maharaj Saheb, they will hold a Gheeboli program on May 29, 2022, and the ceremony on June 4, 2022. During the ceremony on June 4, they will also perform three Gheebolis for our Anjan Shalaka program planned in Nov-Dec 2022.
These programs are being held to raise funds for our New Temple project and all members are encouraged and requested to join on Zoom. Zoom link will be sent out immediately after it is made available to us.
Gheeboli Program:
11:00 pm May 28 - 1:30 am May 29 USA EST (8:30 – 11:00 am IST on May 29)
Ghreebolis will be held for several items including Taakana Vidhi for all our marble Idols and Parikars, fillings for metal murtis and many more. JSMW members will be able to participate in Gheeboli from here (USA) on line. Program will be held at Gujarat University Senate Hall, Tower Building, Gujarat University, Navarangpura, Ahmedabad, India.
Taakana Ceremony and Metal Murti Bharai Program:
11:00 pm June 3 - 1:30 am June 4 EST (8:30 – 11:00 am IST on June 4)
The program will include Pooja, Taakana Vidhi and live making of the Silver Murti of Parshwanath Bhagwan and Panch Dhatu Murti of Shantinath Bhagwan. Program will be held at Jain Derasar, Adani Shanti Gram Township, Near Vaishno Devi Temple, S.G. Highway, Ahmedabad, India.
Anjan Shalaka Gheeboli
11:00 pm June 3 - 1:30 am June 4 EST (8:30 – 11:00 am IST on June 4)
Anjan Shalaka program of our Ghabhara Murties is planned to be held in India during the lunar month MAGSAR (November 24 to December 23, 2022) in India. It will be performed under the auspicious leadership of Acharya Shree Padmasagar Suriswarji Maharaj Saheb. Out of many Anjan Shalaka Ceremony Labh items, Gheeboli for the following 3 Anjan Shalaka Labh will be performed during the Taakana ceremony:
- Having the honor of becoming Bhagwan’s Mother and Father
- Having the honor of becoming Indra and Indrani
- Having the honor of becoming Priyavanda Dasi
Members are encouraged to take part in these on-line Gheebolis and plan to attend the Anjan Shalaka program in India.

Cannot travel to India for Rajat Pratima Bharai? Wanted to make your own contribution of silver to the bharai of the Pratimas? Now you can!
You can donate in $10 increments - the equivalent amount of silver will be purchased on your behalf and will be added to the moulding of the Pratimas on June 4th, 2022.
Remember: the Rajat (silver) and Panchdhatu Pratimas will be part of the Anjanshalaka Vidhi for all the Murtis in the future. You don't want to miss this opportunity to take labh!
