We wanted to share that over the coming weekend, a team of dedicated JSMW volunteers will be calling on phone to all members who RSVP'd for Mahavir Janma Kalyanak event on March 25.   This is very important effort to avoid waste of food which is Maha-Paap for entire Sangh, not to mention waste of money.

This Kalyanak celebration is a great oppurtunity for doing Sadharmik Vatsalya. Please consider donating to Swami Vatsalya and fulfilling our annual Shravak Kartavya / duty.

TGTW - Got Chocolate Showcase

Today’s Girl Today’s Woman in 2020 TGTW’s hosted the first International Food showcase.   This year we are proud to host a GOT CHOCOLATE Showcase. Jain principles can be incorporated in a variety of chocolate food/desserts and community members are encouraged to showcase their creations and help others learn about these dishes.

 

This event is open to EVERYONE (women, men, children) with single or group (up to 4 people) entries.

 

Set-up Time and Date: 9:30 am on Sunday, April 16, 2023

Location: Cloverly Elementary School Cafeteria

New Nakro Announcement
 
Day by day we are getting closer to the Grand Pratishtha Mahotsav of our new
Temples.   Many of us have generously donated money.  However, we still need your generous donations to help us pay all our contractors in time. Since a large number of Labhs on the Nakro list have already been taken, we have opened up new Labhs as listed below - 

a. Following 4 Labhs in the Shankheshwar Parshwanath Bhagwan (Shwetambar) Derasar Rang Mandap previously put on hold are now opened up and are available now for sponsorship:

S-38: Angi of Simandhar Swami Bhagwan in Rang Mandap
S-41: Angi of Chandra Prabhu Bhagwan in Rang Mandap
S-44: Angi of Mahavir Swami Bhagwan in Rang Mandap
S-47: Angi of Shantinath Bhagwan in Rang Mandap

b. We have added following 3 new Labhs in the Adinath Bhagwan (Digambar)
Derasar. As per our rule of waiting for 30 days for any new Nakro items, these Labhs will not be allocated before 29 March, 2023. You can fill up and send the Labh Sponsorship Form for taking any of these new Labhs but the allocation of Labh will be done on 29 March 2023
 
D-13B: Parikar for Adinath Bhagwan (Moolnayak) in Digambar Temple
D-14B: Parikar for Parshwanath Bhagwan in Digambar Temple
D-15B: Parikar for Mahavir Swami Bhagwan in Digambar Temple

We urge all members to please review all available Labhs listed on the Fixed Nakro list including the new ones, and sponsor any available Labh by filling out the Nakro
Sponsorship Form, and sending it as detailed on the form.
