This puja honors the Dev, Shastra, and Guru.
– Dev means God or Arihant or Siddha
– Shastra means Scriptures
– Guru means Teachers or one who possesses “real knowledge.

 

”By honoring Dev, Shastra, and Guru, we draw attention to these three entities as a means for our path to liberation.

 

JSMW hosts a monthly Dev Shashtra Guru Puja. Please plan to join for the upcoming Dev Shashtra Guru Puja on Sunday, June 25th at Jain Center.

New Temple - Daily Puja Survey for Shankeshwar Parshvanath Temple    

 

As you all know, our dream of New Temple is coming to reality soon!!

 

We are looking for volunteers to perform daily Prakshal and Puja at the new temple (ShanKeshwar Parshvanath Temple), once we bring our Anjan Shalaka Pratimajis from India.

 

Please take few moments to review and respond to the survey. Puja training will be provided as needed. Important is your willingness to learn and perform the Ashta prakari puja to gain punya.

2023-2024 YJA Executive Board Applications are Live!
 

YJA is excited to announce we are currently accepting applications for our 2023 - 2024 YJA Executive Board!

This is a great opportunity for youth who are between the ages of 16 and 29 looking for a way to build life-long friendships through joining the YJA family and to create an impact. We are looking for people with exciting ideas, passion for Jainism, and a drive to give back. This upcoming executive board will also have the special opportunity to plan our 2024 YJA Biennial Convention in Atlanta, GA.
