Join us on Sunday, May 21st, for a health-focused fun event, "JSMW Health Day". The event will begin with an energizing Zumba session led by Dr. Pallavi Gowda, an internal medicine physician, US Army Veteran, and Zumba instructor. After you've pumped up your heart, hear from Dr. Chirag Sandesara, a cardiologist specializing in clinical cardiac electrophysiology and cardiovascular diseases, on how to keep your heart healthy. You will also have the opportunity to consult with various physicians, dentists, and therapists present at the session.
