Welcome to the July edition of the Japan Travel Trade Newsletter for 2025.
While most metropolitan cities will be hot and humid, July is the perfect time to explore the pleasant mild weather and green season activities like golfing, hiking, rafting, and fresh-water fishing at well known ski resorts like Hakuba Valley and Niseko. July is also a great time to visit Japan's National Parks with an abundance of wildlife coming out to play and summer flowers in bloom.

International Luxury Travel Mart (ILTM) 2025 Singapore
It was great to see some of you at the Japan booth at ILTM APAC Singapore earlier this month! The Japan booth, run by our JNTO Tokyo Head Office, had 26 suppliers with a focus on luxury regional destinations and experiences in Japan.

Shirahama Beach (Wakayama Prefecture)
July in Japan is the ultimate time for beaches! If your clients are looking for a beach that reminds them of home, look no further than Shirahama Beach in Wakayama Prefecture. Literally translated as 'white sand', the sand itself was actually shipped from Australia! There are firework displays held every Sunday evening 20 July - 17 August.
