ANNOUNCEMENTS
SHAVUOT AT KOHELET
Mon., June 10  8:00 - 11:00 a.m.

We hope you'll be able to join us for our Monday morning Shavuot service on June 10, which includes a Yizkor service (and it happens to be the Yahrtzeit of Carl Jacobs as well.)

The service will run roughly 8-11 a.m.  Those who are saying Kaddish and observing the Yizkor will need to be assured of a minyan from about 8:15 through the end of Yizkor.  We ask you to please RSVP to Chuck as soon as possible, and no later than Thursday 6/6

(If we don't have a minyan, those who need to say Kaddish will have to know in advance so that they can go elsewhere, and we'll need to cancel our Kohelet observance.)

This is a great opportunity to come out for the community to support those who want to observe Yizkor and say Kaddish for loved ones who have passed away.

Also, we will not be doing the traditional late night study that many congregations do the night before (please check community calendars for those events), so this is a wonderful way to participate with your Kohelet family.

KOHELET SHABBATON JULY 26-27

Kohelet members have a treat in store this summer!  Ellyn Hutt, an amazing Torah teacher, will learn with us at an in-town Shabbaton on July 26-27, sharing her wisdom throughout the weekend.  Those of us who know Ellyn highly recommend studying Torah with her.  Please put July 26-27 on your calendar for an extraordinary learning experience.  Join us!  Details to follow.
