LAX Runway 24R FOD Walk
 
Thank you for your interest in the LAX Runway 24R FOD Walk. In an effort to expedite the check-in process, all attendees must fill out an online confirmation form (click here) by Tuesday, November 15, 2022.
 
 
Event Date: Wednesday, November 16, 2022
Location: West Imperial Terminal (Flight Path Museum ramp)
Check-in Time: 6:00 am - 6:30 am
Event End Time: 8:30 am
 
 
Event Access
  • All attendees must complete the online confirmation form by 11/15
  • Attendees must arrive before 6:30am
    • Late arrivals will NOT be admitted
  • Attendees must continually wear their own LAWA issued SIDA Badge
    • Non-badged individuals are not permitted to attend
 
 
Event Parking
 
 
 
All attendees will meet at the West Imperial Terminal, Spot C (ramp side of the Flight Path Museum). Airside parking will be made available at the West Imperial Terminal (WIT). Attendees who arrive airside may park on the ramp at WIT or they may be dropped off & picked up at the WIT ramp. It is preferred that attendees arrive airside.
 
If you cannot arrive airside, there will be limited landside (street side) parking available at the Flight Path museum parking lot (6661 Imperial Hwy, Los Angeles, CA 90045).
 
 
Safety Vest
 
Safety vests must be worn throughout the duration of the event. A limited number of loaner safety vests will be available. Please make sure you wear a safety vest if you have one.
