LAX Airport Employee Runway FOD Walk
LAX will be hosting a runway FOD Walk on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 from 7:00am to 9:00am.
This rare opportunity is available to all active LAX badge holders.
Participants will be able to walk on Runway 24R and will help keep our airport safe by removing potentially hazardous FOD from the runway. FOD (Foreign Object Debris) is any object that does not belong, and if not removed, could result in damage to aircraft or personnel.
