FARMERS MARKET GROWS WITH EACH WEEK.
Market is held on Main St. one block west of Appleton Ave. in school parking lot.
With each week, you will find more vendors showing up with Wisconsin fresh produce. We will continue to offer cheese, bakery (including gluten-free), cut flowers, hanging flower baskets, yard art, farm fresh eggs, dog treats, doll accessories, jewerly, herbs, garden plants and more.

Old Falls Village Days - May 31 and June 1
Antique cars and trucks and old farm equipment. There will be displays that tell of life in the past. Antique motorcycles on Saturday and a car show on Sunday.
A special feature this year will be the Smokey Hollow Muzzle Loaders.
Flea Market and Silent Auction!
A wonderful children's area is being planned for all of the children.
Historic buildings will be open ad there will be food for all.

Welcome to our downtown - George Webb Restaurant
Dan Mueller just opened his 4th George Webb Restaurant in Colonial Plaza Shopping Center and that makes people happy. Dan has been a franchise owner for 15 years, and has spent the last 30 years with family-run George Webbs. The other 3 restaurants are located in Hartford, Sussex, and West Bend. Dan picked this location because of the considerable traffic flow and parking availability.
At 4,000 square feet, this is the largest George Webb's in Wisconsin. They have created a nice seating arrangement and even have a kids area complete with a dry erase whiteboard wall for kids to draw on.
Of course the 2 clocks are up and their logo apparel is for sale.
The menu is the popular franchise menu. They have a great meeting room that you can reserve free of charge - just no carry-ins. Please give at least 2 days notice.

Mike Budish is the owner of this new business downtown (his second location). The Vapor Stop USA carries electronic cigarettes and vaping supplies.
About half the people turning to e-cigarettes are trying to quit regular tobacco cigarettes. The other half like the cool factor to it.

DOWNTOWN PROMOTIONS AND POPCORN
Sunday, June 22 to Saturday, June 28 the Optimist Club of Menomonee Falls will host a week long "Shop Local Shop the Falls" promotion at their popcorn wagon.
The popcorn wagon is located on Appleton Ave in the parking lot of Total Health Nutrition Center between McDonalds and BMO Harris Bank.
The club will promote the local downtown businesses in Menomonee Falls starting with AJ O'Brady's on Sunday. AJ O'Bradys will give a $10 gift card to anyone who purchases a large bag of popcorn on that evening.
If you are a downtown business and would like to have your business promoted during that week contact Dawn Mariscal at (262)250-7680. You come up with your promotion and the Optimist Club will distribute your information, coupon, or special offer on a particular night that week. All business owners are welcome to be at the wagon as well and are able to display signage.
The Optimist Club will handle all the press releases and social media announcing the businesses participating. The funds raised annually at the popcorn wagon help to support the many local youth groups and scholarships given annually to graduating seniors. Come join us in the fun!!!

A SWING AND A HIT!
The 3rd Annual Outseam Softball Tournament sponsored by Sal's Pub and the Optimist Club of Menomonee Falls will take place June 20 - 22 at Village Park.
Come on out to watch the amazing amature teams compete to be this year's tournament champion.
The tournament is open to 16 teams in a double elimination bracket. The entry fee is $160 per team. Contact Cory Kleeba at (262)751-4656 to enter.
Concessions are sponsored and provided by the Optimist Club of Menomonee Falls with proceeds benefiting the local youth programs of Menomonee Falls.
