New Additions

1957 Harley-Davidson ST165
The ST165 was a lightweight two-stroke Harley-Davidson produced from 1948 to 1966. The design was a copy of the DKW RT125, acquired at the end of World War II from the occupied German DKW plant. With the introduction of these lightweights it was hoped they would bring younger buyers into a Harley dealership, hopefully moving up to one of the full size models at a later date. The ST165 was priced at a reasonable $445.00

1956 Harley-Davidson KH
Only two years after the introduction of the Harley-Davidson K, lackluster sales forced Harley to upgrade the engine. Still choosing not to launch their OHV motor, engineers bumped the size of the K’s motor to 54 cubic inches, and the KH was born. That displacement, equal to 883cc, would become legendary for Harley. Harley also introduced an even more performance oriented version of the KH as the KHK.
