Membership/Insurance Matters!

Sent to all Unit Officers and Membership Chairs



  • FINAL Membership Payment - DUE BY MAY 31. Payment for all members must be received (not post-marked) in the state office by May 31.
  • Credit Vouchers - Please use credit vouchers to pay for membership dues by referencing the voucher number on your Dues Payment Slip. All unused credit vouchers will remain on account and roll forward.


  • Insurance payment and signed documents - DUE BY JUNE 1. Please make your check payable to AIM and mail all 3 signed forms to their address in Dallas, TX.
  • No Insurance Invoice Packet? If your President did not receive the insurance packet that was mailed April 7, please contact AIM at 1-800-876-4044 to verify the address and to request a copy.
  • Is your Activity/Event covered? - Any questions relating to insurance coverage or to add an additional insured to a certificate should be directed to AIM via phone or email A new Insurance Guide and covered Activity/Event List will be updated in the Resource Guide on the website as soon as it's available!
  • Verify School Location - Check the Portal to verify that the address listed for your school building is correct. Please contact Dania Welch in the state office at with any corrections.


  • FORM A is Required for all Units - Please update the contact information HERE for your 2017 officers and membership chair (if known at this time).This update is DUE BY JUNE 15 or as soon as your elections are held.
  • Portal Login Access Credentials - After the new FORM A is approved by your Region Director, all 2017 officers and membership chair (if listed) will receive their login credentials for the Portal via a system generated email (please check your junk mail). Usernames are system assigned and cannot be changed.
  • Change from previously announced - All current 2016 officers and membership chairs will continue to have access to the Portal until mid-July to complete their term even though they may be listed as inactive.


  • Does your unit qualify for a chance to win $250? - Two (2) winners in each category, for a total of six (6) winners, will be drawn at the 2017 Summer Leadership Conference to win $250 each! Check out the details HERE!

- No Application this year!

  • School Pride Award - To qualify, you must complete the Portal field called "Total School Employees" by May 31. Log into your Portal and double click into the field to enter the number of school employees for your school(s). This will allow us to complete the award calculations.
  • Automatic Certificates - No need to apply for the award certificates this year. We will process based on member information entered on your Unit Portal. This includes the Build a Better Community, School Pride, Men Matter and Founders' Day Recruitment award certificates.
