The National Center for Homeless Education (NCHE) operates the U.S. Department of Education's technical assistance and information center for the federal Education for Homeless Children and Youth (EHCY) Program. NCHE is based at The SERVE Center at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG). NCHE hosts this Homeless Education Mailing List to share information and resources with educators, service providers, and other interested stakeholders about meeting the educational needs of children and youth experiencing homelessness. In this webinar, presenters from the National Center for Homeless Education (NCHE), state educational agencies (SEAs), and local educational agencies (LEAs) explore creative approaches on how to provide wraparound services for homeless children and youth using American Rescue Plan Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief – Homeless Children and Youth (ARP-HCY) funding. 


Topics will include:
o   Methods used to determine how to utilize ARP-HCY funding

     (e.g., needs assessments, surveys, questionnaires)
o   Collaborations with community partners
o   Projects implemented
o   Impacts and results of the projects implemented (including anticipated results)
o   Plans for sustainability beyond ARP-HCY funding
