Final Reminder
We hope to see you at the AGM on Tuesday 24th March at 6.00 for 6.15 at the Old Yacht Club.
You will have the opportunity to hear what Waterways Manager Neil Carroll has to report about the dredging and about other waterways issues.
After the meeting we will enjoy drinks and gourmet nibbles with friends old and new.

Short-term Rentals
PMRA was well represented at the Planning, Community Development & Sustainability Meeting on 10th March. Several residents and committee members participated in the meeting.
As a result, the Planning Committee voted that Council:
1. Requests that Officers gather additional information on the impacts of Holiday Homes, with particular focus over Easter 2015;
2. Requests that Officers write to Holiday Home operators in Mandurah, seeking perspectives on a possible code of conduct, conditions of stay and the options open to Council;
3. Endorses the wider community having the ability to comment via a ‘Have Your Say Mandurah’ campaign, regarding the value and impacts of Holiday Homes;
4. Seeks comment from the Tourism Industry on the value and impact of Holiday Homes on tourism in Mandurah, and
5. Requests a further report is provided to Council by July 2015, detailing Officers observations over the Easter holiday period and the number of complaints received relating to Holiday Homes within the City.
With Easter nearly upon us, please report ALL issues - be they illegal parking, excessive noise or any other anti-social behaviour - as follows:
