Canals closed
this weekend

On Sunday 9th November 2014 the IRONMAN 70.3 swim leg will take place in the Port Mandurah Canals.

From 0500hrs to 0930hrs there will be no vessel movement through the canals from the traffic bridge by Sutton Farm to the northern entrance of the Port Mandurah Canals, including all tributaries.
(This excludes authorised rescue craft for the event.)

The Department of Transport, Marine Safety, Peel Water Police and Mandurah Volunteer Sea Rescue will be on location securing the closures.

All those residents who have vessels alongside jetties in this location for the duration of the event will not be permitted to move their vessels until the cease of the swim leg, and approval is given by Marine Safety.
