The dredging has begun

Good news, the dredging started at the northern entrance to the Port Mandurah canals on Wednesday.
Our thanks go to the City of Mandurah for providing us with a comprehensive update about the dredging, and other issues that have been taxing residents.

The City of Mandurah has invited local groups to fill in a survey about what matters to them and their association.
The PMRA committee have been invited to join a Mandurah Matters cruise on 21st November 5.30 - 6.30pm where City of Mandurah representatives will be on board to find out what matters to our residents' association for Mandurah’s future moving forward.
It’s an opportunity for us to say what we want and need.

We have a few spare places on the cruise if you're interested in joining us. Please email  info@portmandurah.com.au
Places are limited and bookings are essential. For more information please click here.

If you can't attend but would like your opinions added to the PMRA survey, please email us before the 21st.

City Centre Waterfront - Community Consultation

The Government has committed $10 million to the Mandurah Foreshore Redevelopment project as part of its Plan for Peel, to deliver an iconic Mandurah foreshore precinct, supporting local tourism and local jobs.

Based on feedback that the City received from the community earlier this year,

concept designs have been prepared for the:
- Western Foreshore Recreation Precinct,
- Eastern Foreshore North Boardwalk Precinct,
- Eastern Foreshore South Precinct,
- Smart Street Precinct.

To view the plans and have your say please click here, then select which
concept design you want to view and then "take the survey".

What improvements are needed in Port Mandurah?
The City of Mandurah is currently preparing its 2019-2020 draft budget of works and, as part of the budget formulation process, we have been invited to lodge a submission for projects that may be of community benefit.

If you have a project that you'd like to propose to the PMRA Committee, please email us with detailed information and an approximate costing by 30th November.
All submissions are assessed via a priority rating system and are subject to availability of funding.
