Today is your last chance to comment on the revised Leisure Way Development Plan

In August, Council adopted Modification 3 to the Halls Head Precinct Plan for advertising. The proposed modification has been prepared in response to the current State Administrative Tribunal mediation for a proposed Development Guide Plan for Lot 90 Leisure Way which Council refused in December 2013.

In summary, the modification proposes to expand the existing Halls Head Precinct Plan area to include Lots 88, 89 and 90 Leisure Way. The modification also proposes a substantial portion of Lot 90 Leisure Way as ‘Mixed Business’ to provide for future showroom development.
