Pelaqita Persians
February 1, 2017
Many good and bad things have already happened this month which is basically the life of a breeder. One has to roll with the punches or you cannot survive being a breeder. Below is the story of the "bad" thing that happened to my beloved MayMay. In this newsletter is also a warning about Ketamine and its use in veterinary medicine. Please make sure you read it and then find out what your vet uses prior to your cat (especially Persians) has to have any kind of anesthesia.

We have confirmed that Rosie now has 130 Grand Champion points which she got at the Parma cat show on January 22, 2017. Rosie needs a total of 200 points to attain the CFA title of Grand Champion; we are over half way there! We so appreciate the support from our fellow cat exhibitor friends and the judges.

Have a great Valentine's Day!

Tough Decisions
As a Persian cat breeder, we routinely have to make decisions about our cats. Whether it is to breed a cat or not, finding the right cat and pedigree to add something we lack in our breeding program, and a hundred other decisions that we make on a day-to-day basis. Recently, this point was more personal..
