Fall colored trees and barn
As I sit here this morning working on the newsletter, a few things occur to me. Where did 2016 go to so fast? Why does it seem that the older I get, the faster the time seems to fly? lol

The picture above was taken about three days ago by my husband, John. As you can see Fall has arrived despite having "summer" type weather. John nad I both love living in Ohio as we have the four seasons.

The onset of the Holiday Season brings most of us so much joy. We get to see friends and family that we might not get to see and visit with during the year. The chance to eat and not feel guilty about our indulgences. Seeing the wonderment and joy in a small child's eyes on Christmas morning. And, so much more.

While thinking about the upcoming Holidays, I realized that it might be a good idea to talk about things to consider before getting a kitten. Also, this time of year also has a sharp increase in us getting calls and emails inquiries about getting a kitten as a gift for someone. I hope that these two articles assist people who are thinking about these things during this season.

Have a great Thanksgiving and stay safe!

Giving Kittens as Gifts
The Holiday Season is upon us. To most of us, the upcoming Holidays are a source of excitement and pleasure. However, as a Persian kitten breeder, it is a time of caution. We are already getting telephone calls and emails asking about kittens to be given as a gift this coming Christmas. Click on the link below to read more about this topic.

Reader Hints and Tips
If you are having trouble with a cat scratching a chair. I put Glad Press and Seal on the area. It sticks like glue and will stay there for a long time and is easy to take off at any time. You can't really see it and my cats will leave the chair along because it's slick.
