As you are planning your vacations and days off, please note that Rich-Tomkins will be changing their hours on Fridays from now until Sept. 9. The office will be closing on Fridays during the summer at 4:30 pm. Please note this and be sure to get all orders in before 4:30 on Friday.

Product Update: There is a running change on the eF Series and Commander Series commercial water heaters with their blowers.

Important! Bradford White will have their summer plant shut down from July 18-July 22. During this shutdown we will continue to ship orders from an enhanced inventory, but with no production capabilities that week, please understand our ability to accommodate a customer request may be limited. In order to ensure your customers have the product they need prior to shutdown, make sure you get with your customers and have them place their orders by 12:00pm EST on Friday July 1st.

Rich-Tomkins Schedule Updates
As mentioned above Rich-Tomkins will observe SUMMER HOURS on Fridays. The office will close at 4:30 pm. Please make a note of this change.
We will resume our normal 8-5 everyday hours on Sept. 9 (Friday after Labor Day)
