Spotlight on Innovation

The University of South Carolina’s Innovation Corps (I-Corps) Site is pleased to announce a new cycle of internal funding mechanism to advance the transition of ideas to the marketplace. Funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF), the program supports commercialization of technology-driven projects, builds an innovation network that supports faculty and student ventures, and broadens the pool of students and faculty fluent in Lean LaunchPad methodology.

The program encourages projects with a focus in an area(s) of science, technology, engineering, or mathematics. However, all types of projects will be considered.

Mandatory Training Sessions at USC
Kick-off customer discovery workshop: 2/9, 9am – 12pm
Business model development workshop: 2/23, 9am – 12 pm
Lessons learned and final pitch: 3/9, 2018, 9am – 12pm
