SKYとは
SKYとは名古屋大学の研究チームによる産業人材の技能評価プロジェクトです。アフリカやアジアの開発途上国の経済成長の根源となる人材育成に貢献することを目指しています。企業が求める技能スキルと養成機関で行われる技能訓練との間にあるスキルミスマッチを軽減するための技能評価を開発しています。

SKY is an interdisciplinary team of scholars in Nagoya University to apply academic knowledge for industrial skills development in Africa and Asia. We are aiming to develop an efficient assessment module for industrial skills to fill the gap between the existing training programs and skills demanded by the industries. |

NVTIは1970年にガーナに設立されました。

NVTI was established in Ghana in 1970 to provide demand-driven employable skills and enhance the income generating capacities through Competency-Based Apprenticeship, Master Craftsmanship, Testing and Career Development.

これからの時代に求められる職業は、技術革新、資源の有効活用と環境への影響を考慮した組織変動ストラテジー、組織や人的管理の変容、技術の新たな専門性、就労規則の現代化等、さまざまな要因によって変化してきています。しかし、これらの要因が将来の人々、組織、働く環境にどのような影響を及ぼすかは不明瞭なままです。 このレポートでは、１２人の学術・組織界の専門家による、今後２０年の職業に影響を及ぼすであろう革新や変容への考察を紹介しています。

The world of work is changing due to factors such as: technological innovation; organizational change strategies to optimize the use of resources and minimize environmental impact; transformation of organizations and people management; new professions and search for skills, and modernization of work regulations and rules. However, it is not always clear how these factors and changes might influence people, organizations, and working relationships in the future. This publication includes a collection of contributions from 12 international experts from the academic or institutional world who share their reflections on the possible evolution and transformation that will affect the world of work over the next 20 years. |
