今回ご紹介するレポートは、労働組合と技能開発に焦点を当てたものです。国家、セクター、企業レベルで労働組合がどのように技能開発に関わっているかを調査しています。　このレポートでは、１０つの国（アルゼンチン、バングラデシュ、ブラジル、モロッコ、オマーン、フィリピン、セネガル、南アフリカ、スウェーデン、イギリス）での事例を比較することができます。

This report focuses on the involvement of trade unions in skills development at the national, sectoral and enterprise levels.
The interesting point of the study is that we can see the case studies of ten countries (Argentina, Bangladesh, Brazil, Morocco, Oman, Philippines, Senegal, South Africa, Sweden, and United Kingdom.)

The report concluded that the unions played the key role of skills development systems. But there is a need of capacity building of the unions to expand efforts to train the ability to engage in education and training issues.
