SKYとは
SKYとは名古屋大学の研究チームによる産業人材の技能評価プロジェクトです。アフリカやアジアの開発途上国の経済成長の根源となる人材育成に貢献することを目指しています。企業が求める技能スキルと養成機関で行われる技能訓練との間にあるスキルミスマッチを軽減するための技能評価を開発しています。

SKY is an interdisciplinary team of scholars in Nagoya University to apply academic knowledge for industrial skills development in Africa and Asia. We are aiming to develop an efficient assessment module for industrial skills to fill the gap between the existing training programs and skills demanded by the industries. |

Work-Integrated Learning (WIL)を効果的に活用するためには、政府、TVET機関、大学、企業による民間連携が不可欠です。今回は、アジアでのWIL民間連携実践例を２つご紹介します。

For the enhancement of Work-Integrated Learning (WIL), cooperation between TVET Institutions, Companies, and Universities are essential. The reports today are a Public-Private Partnership WIL model conducted in Asia.

|
SIFプロジェクトとは、The National Science Technology and Innovation Policy Office (STI)、Rajamangla University of Technology Lanna (RMUTL)とMichelin Siam Company Limitedによる民間連携WIL教育モデルです。
レポートによると週６日の３～４時間の理論授業と８時間の作業からなるSIFプログラムにより、理論的知識と作業を相互に生かすことによる相乗効果が得られます。

The School-in-Factory (SIF) project is a Public-Private Partnership educational model among The National Science Technology and Innovation Policy Office (STI), Rajamangla University of Technology Lanna (RMUTL) and Michelin Siam Company Limited. This program consists of theoretical classes for 3-4 hours daily and 8 hours of work for six days a week. Students are able to apply their theoretical knowledge in their work tasks and vice-versa.

This case study shows one of the examples of Work-Integrated Learning, conducted at University of Technology and Education in Ho Chi Minh City by using Principle CDIO (conceive, design, implement, and operate), trying to fill a gap between the need of a labour force, which comes from industry, and the quality of the labour force who are trained in TVET institutions.
