PLEIN AIR SKETCHBOOK ADVENTURES
Bill Paarlberg's Plein Air Sketchbook Adventures (SA 2)
class is the ideal way to improve your drawing skills and keep a journal of your summertime adventures. “Why is sketching outdoors so much fun?” “Why are my sketches so much more vibrant than my larger paintings?” “Why does the tide always go out just when I start to paint?” These are just a few of the questions answered in this energetic and comprehensive class.

EN PLEIN AIR LANDSCAPE INTENSIVE
Sean Beavers offers his usual En Plein Air Landscape Intensive (SA 1). Meet the challenges of plein air painting: working directly from nature, constantly changing light, and capturing the essence of a landscape quickly. Each session will be split into two parts, either an in studio or Zoom discussion of materials and techniques (depending on best safe practices), and painting on location in the seacoast area. Sean’s demonstrations are filled with great plein air painting information and it is a pleasure to study with this master painter.
