We are estimating a Retreat registration fee of $550 per double room and $300 per single room, including daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The final fee will be depend on the number of Senior Scholars permitted to attend under Covid rules.
To ensure that the Retreat is safe both for attending Members and for Wildacres staff, the following requirements will be necessary for attending Members:
1. Proof of full Covid vaccination.
2. Masks in public areas, except while dining.
3. Social distancing in public areas.
4. Standard Senior Scholars Waiver of Liability.
The Wildacres facility will ensure that:
1. All public areas are sanitized each day.
3. Social distancing measures are observed in dining and public areas.
4. Masks are worn by all staff.
5. All meals are served cafeteria style.
6. Hand sanitizers are available in public areas.
