The Steveston Farmers & Artisans Market (SFAM) is a place for the community to meet farmers and artisans in an open, fresh-air environment. SFAM is a not-for-profit operation run by a volunteer committee. The Gulf of Georgia Cannery National Historic Site‘s annual summertime evening concert series returns July 13th!
Join us Friday nights from July 13th to August 31st at 6:30pm (doors open at 6pm) for an evening of music. Each week will feature a different musical act, catering to a wide range of musical tastes, from blues, jazz, folk, swing and more! Concerts will take place outdoors on the Cannery's Tank Deck, or inside the historic cannery if it rains. Suitable for all ages – make it a family affair.

Britannia Shipyards National Historic Site is hosting the Ex – Forest Service Vessel Squadron Rendezvous on August 4th and 5th (Saturday and Sunday) from 12:00- 4:00pm. Visitors can walk Britannia’s docks and learn about the historic vessels' contributions to BC’s coastal communities and the environment.

August 25, 2018 STEVESTON BEER FEST
O’Hare’s GastroPub and Liquor Store is pleased to announce the annual Steveston Beer Fest. Part proceeds from this event will support the Richmond Christmas Fund and other local non profit groups. The Beer Fest will host approximately forty booths and will showcase craft beer from British Columbia, the United States and other countries from around the world. This event is intended to entice those that are new to craft beer as well as the experienced palate.

August 25, 2018 STEVESTON DRAGON BOAT FESTIVAL
The Steveston Dragon Boat Festival is back this year at Steveston Harbour and Imperial Landing Park. Steveston comes alive for one of BC’s biggest dragon boat races and one of Richmond’s most popular community festivals. Enjoy dragon boat races, live music, vibrant visual arts, entertainment, children’s activities, and culinary offerings, while kicking back and enjoying a relaxing summer’s day by the water. Parking is available at T. Homma School (5180 Westwater Drive) starting at 7:00 AM for a minimum donation of $5 (proceeds to the Richmond Food Bank). Parking is limited so please carpool.
