This seated yoga class will incorporate gentle yoga postures, movement sequences, breath work, flexibility and guided meditation to help you focus clearly, move mindfully and practice gratitude. The class will be taught by veteran Rebecca Smith, ERYT 500. |

Join us for some golf! In this hour long clinic, there will be a driving, chipping and putting station. Each golfer will practice at each station in 15 minutes increments. There will be a limit of 4 participants for this clinic. This golf clinic will provide the opportunity to work with a trained PGA professional, Certified Recreation Therapists and volunteers to adapt the sport of golf, overcome barriers, and support independence. Beginners and experienced Golfer are welcome and all equipment is provided. |

Certified kayak instructors teach the basics of kayaking including standard and adaptive equipment selection, safety procedures, paddling skills, kayak re-entry and how to adapt for individual needs. The class begins with instruction on land, followed by on water practice in the pool. Once a participant completes the class, they will be eligible to participate in open water paddles with the Sports Association. There will be a maximum of three participants in this class and all participants must have the COVID-19 vaccination.
