Cost is $50.00 per trip.

To complete registration, all registration paperwork and payment must be received by the Sports Association.   A new doctor's note must also be provided for the 2022 season.

About our Programs and Events
The Sports Association is a program of Gaylord Hospital and is based out of Wallingford, CT. We serve adults with a physical disability or visual impairment and welcome new members to join us. All programs require registration and some programs have registration deadlines. We recommend early registration since some programs fill quickly.
