The Sports Association annual survey is now open! Your feedback is important and we want to hear from you! How we are doing? What are we doing well, what can be improved and what are your preferences for types of sports and programming? Please take a few minutes to complete the survey. The typical time spent taking the survey is only 5-10 minutes. We want to hear from everyone involved with the Sports Association, including new and current participants as well as volunteers, coaches and instructors. The Sports Association is a program of Gaylord Hospital and is based out of Wallingford, CT. We provide adaptive sports opportunities for adults with physical disabilities and visual impairments.
