This week, faculty and staff were inundated with a plethora of gifts from our school families, as Teacher Appreciation Week was celebrated on our campus.  We were overwhelmed by the thoughtfulness and generosity of our parents.  One teacher who has been involved in education for almost 30 years commented, “I have never experienced anything like this outpouring of love and appreciation from parents in all my years in education.”  I also want to thank the PTO officers and many other parents who coordinated the preparation of 90 baskets handed out to staff.

Along with all the gift baskets handed out, treats were also provided every day.  Water flavored with fresh fruit and herbs, popcorn, bagels and eggs, health bars, Orange Leaf frozen yogurt and chair massages were enjoyed throughout the week.  The culmination on Friday was the lunch truck, Mira Sol, with “The Taste of New Mexico”.

Please know that we appreciate the kindness and support that you extend to our faculty and staff.  It is such a blessing to know that you are working together with us in the education of our students.

2.) On the top bar click on "schools"
3.) Scroll down and click on "TCA NORTH ELEMENTARY"
4.) Scroll to the middle of the page and click on the blue box that says "parent organizations"
5.) Towards the bottom of this page you will see the "North elementary email opt-In form "
6.) Simply fill it out with a good E-mail address and a phone number IF you wish to receive texts.
