Taiwan's Nuclear Power Referendum and Final Recall Votes |

Taiwan’s referendum on restarting a nuclear power station did not reach the five million votes needed to pass, although support was nearly three times higher than opposition. The result led the government to propose a review of its strict anti-nuclear policy. On the same day, voters also chose to keep the final seven KMT legislators in office after recall votes.
On the same day as the nuclear referendum, the final seven KMT legislators also survived recall votes.
