ATTENDANCE POLICY
If your child will be absent please call 487-2000 and leave details on our attendance line. Students who are chronically absent and exceed (3) absences in grades 1 -8 and (6) in Kinder in a semester, excused or unexcused,
may be identified as “chronically absent” by the principal or designee.  IF A STUDENT EXCEEDS THE MAXIMUM ALLOWED ABSENCES, he/she must attend the final two class sessions of the school year or the student will be considered withdrawn from The Classical Academy, effective the last day he/she attended classes. For more information, see TCA Absentee Policy posted on TCA website: CSP/Parents/CSP Handbook/Attendance Policy.

STUDENT RECOGNITION
In this year’s final edition of The Palmarium, we would like to honor students' achievements. If your student has STATE or NATIONAL level winning recognition (individual, team, or group) – not just participation – please provide that information to Sheri Hewett, shewett@asd20.org, by Thursday, April 25.

RETURN CLASSROOM CURRICULUM
All CSP classroom curriculum books are due back to classroom teachers by Thursday, May 2

PICK UP MEDS

If your child had medications in the health room this school year, please pick them up by:

Thursday, May 23, 2019, 12:00 noon

All medications left in the health room after this date will be destroyed. We are unable to keep any medications over summer break. This includes Epi-pens and Inhalers. We know how expensive they are, so we hate to destroy them. Thank you!
