April Character Focus: Fairness & Creativity
Teachers will share the focus of the class character lesson taught this week. We encourage parents to continue these character conversations at home.
IMPORTANT CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
Challenger Homes will begin road closures on New Life Dr. on Monday, April 3, the first day back from Spring Break. Although carpool flow will remain the same, New Life Dr will be blocked to the East of Cross Peak View. This means you will not be able to turn onto New Life Dr from Hwy 83. If you choose to use the carpool line, you must continue on Hwy 83, turn right on Voyager, and then right on New Life Dr. When exiting our carpool, cars will only be able to turn left (going west) onto New Life Dr. With the exception of Easter weekend (i.e. Apr 14-16), this closure will remain in place until early to mid-May. Please DO NOT use the PPCC entrance as a detour. TCA traffic must enter our parking lot and carpool line from Cross Peak View only.

CSP POLICY
ATTENDANCE POLICY
Parents - if your child will be absent please call 487-2000 and leave details on our attendance line. Students who are chronically absent and exceed 3 absences (6 Kinder half days) in a semester, excused or unexcused, risk not successfully completing the semester.
IF A STUDENT EXCEEDS THE MAXIMUM ALLOWED ABSENCES, he/she must attend the final two class sessions of the school year or the student will be disenrolled by the Registrar. You will need to put your student back on the waitlist. Consistent attendance at CSP should be a top priority since we are a part-time program. See ATTENDANCE POLICY on the website:
CSP/Parents/CSP Handbook/Attendance Policy.
DELAYED SCHOOL HOURS

*Hot lunch will be served on 2-hour delays for Grades 1-6.

*Students may wear denim bottoms + a uniform top on delayed start days.
NOTE: If we have a 2-hr. delay on an in-service date (Apr. 20), students will not come to class. Only teachers report 2 hrs. late and stay for in-service.
