From The Principal's Desk

This week you will receive a letter from Dr. Sojourner, our school president. He will ask each family to consider donating to TCA.  As your principal, I can’t overstate what your gifts mean to me. Some think that our program does not benefit from the annual donation campaigns, but nothing could be further from the truth. With last year’s donations, I received $15K to purchase educational materials, supplies, and services that wouldn’t have been possible without parent contributions.  In addition, going into this year my staff will receive a significant financial bonus from donated funds, which helps me retain my very best teachers – those that you and your children depend on to provide our extraordinary TCA education.  Please look for and consider responding to Dr. Sojourner’s letter.  The Cottage School Program greatly appreciates your support!

CARPOOL REMINDER
It is a privilege to be a part of TCA East Campus, working together with College Pathways and TCA's full-time traditional K-6 school. We also value being neighbors with PPCC and New Life Church.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not use the PPCC and New Life Church parking lots for our own parking. Allow extra time for carpool. Be sure to come to a complete STOP at the STOP SIGN leading to the K-2 front curb. Please don’t be on your cell phone during carpool for everyone's safety. Also, older sibs should meet younger sibs at their designated carpool location. Older sibs are not allowed to wait outside a classroom door for a younger sib since no adult supervision is provided. Dress for the weather; students enter the building at 8:05 am.

Gr. 3 – 8 CARPOOL
Please drop off students IN FRONT OF THE FIELD – along the curb by the goal post - not at the crosswalk or near the Child Development Center (CDC).
Safety is #1 priority at TCA.
Thanks for your support.
