MRS. SMITH IS RETIRING!
Mrs. Debbie Smith, our Art Teacher, is retiring after 17 years with Cottage School. We are creating a “Memory Box” for her, and we encourage everyone to participate. Throughout next week, May 6-10, we will have a table set up in the Atrium, and we encourage you to drop off a note for her or to come and write a note of thanks to Mrs. Smith. We will present the box to her toward the end of the school year. We will miss her greatly, and we appreciate the impact she has had on so very many of our Cottage School students and families throughout the years!

NOTE FROM SCHOOL NURSE
Medication: Please come to the health room on or before the last day of school to pick up your student’s medication. An adult must pick up the medication; we cannot send it home with your student. Any medications left in the health room after May 23, 2019 will be discarded.
Forms: New ‘Permission to Administer Medication’ Forms and ‘Health Care Plans’ are needed each school year and can be picked up at the school health office or can be found on the TCA website. Picking the forms up in May will allow you time over the summer to obtain the appropriate signatures.
Thank you and have a wonderful summer!
