RETURN LENDING LIBRARY MATERIALS 

Please return all Lending Library materials to the office as soon as possible to receive the refund of your deposit.

ATTENDANCE POLICY
If your child will be absent please call 487-2000 and leave details on our attendance line. Students who are chronically absent and exceed (3) absences in grades 1 -8 and (6) in Kinder in a semester, excused or unexcused,may be identified as “chronically absent” by the principal or designee.  IF A STUDENT EXCEEDS THE MAXIMUM ALLOWED ABSENCES, he/she must attend the final two class sessions of the school year or the student will be considered withdrawn from The Classical Academy, effective the last day he/she attended classes.For more information, see TCA Absentee Policy posted on TCA website: CSP/Parents/CSP Handbook/Attendance Policy.

NOTE FROM SCHOOL NURSE

Medication: Please come to the health room on or before the last day of school to pick up your student’s medication. An adult must pick up the medication; we cannot send it home with your student. Any medications left in the health room after May 23, 2019 will be discarded.

Forms: New ‘Permission to Administer Medication’ Forms and ‘Health Care Plans’ are needed each school year and can be picked up at the school health office or can be found on the TCA website. Picking the forms up in May will allow you time over the summer to obtain the appropriate signatures.
