| By going to the list of invoices and using the selection tab, you can limit the data to be used in the reports and provide answers to specific questions. |

By selecting the Internet/Cell provider as the specific vendor, you can see the list of invoices is then limited. We will further select the date range for 2014 and then 2015 based on Sample's available data. |

This will further limit your data and then you can run a report that shows all the invoices for 2014 for that vendor and gives you the total paid for that service. |
