Can't connect to Marge? Here are a few common solutions.
When a screen appears with possible internet problems, verify that your computer is connected to the internet through your Settings. If there is a connection you can test that connection by going into a browser and refreshing any website or searching for something in the search engine. This will help you determine if the connection is valid and if there are any speed issues. If there are problems, it is most likely with your ISP and you will need to address the issue with them.
Sometimes, you may experience this blank space that will appear either white as above or blacked out instead of:
When this happens, use the x at the upper right of the connection box to close the window and wait 30-45 seconds, then reclick on the Marge Connection Icon and you should then be able to get to this blue screen and the okay button.

Lastly, if your Marge connection icon has disappeared from your desktop, check your antivirus quarantine. You can tell your antivirus program to restore the item to your desktop. Some, but not all antivirus programs, try to quarantine the Marge icon on occasion.
