Live Stream
on Zoom

New territory for the chapter.  We're attempting to live stream our meetings from Hopworks on Zoom.

We know that not everyone can attend in person but would still like to see the meeting speakers.

Brewpub meeting rooms are not ideal for live streaming but we're doing it!

Here's the zoom info: The link will be open about 6:45 on September 12.

Water Watch: Working To Preserve Flows for Fish and Wildlife

Rivers Need Water

We welcome Neil Brandt from Water Watch this month.  Water Watch of Oregon works hard to preserve flows for fish and wildlife.

Without WaterWatch, many of Oregon’s rivers and streams would run dry. During key dry months in almost every river basin in the state, there are too many water rights and not enough water to go around. Even in the 21st century, it can be legal in Oregon to drain our rivers until they are bone dry.

Volunteer Opportunites in November

With November, winter is at the door and our conservation work slows down a bit.  We're busy writing grant proposals for next year's projects.  We hope to have some fun planting projects in the Upper Clackamas Next season!
