What's Wrong With Other Religions?

For quite some time now I have been really, even extremely bothered by the current and increasing movements within the church community to "be accepting" of or "tolerant towards" other religions!  There is something wrong with that ... but what?

Some denominations and fellowships along with some very influential celebrity church community leaders are going so far as to have entire services (that should be to worship Jesus) spent on explaining the "beneficial" aspects of other religions and what is our common ground with them and why we should unite with them in order to live peacefully and cooperatively with each other!

There is something really wrong with this ... but what?

Some would say that I am being closed minded and bigoted towards other religions just because they don't believe "exactly the way we do"!  Some would challenge me with "who is to say that one religion is more right than any other?"  But these are really false arguments which church people have been deceived into accepting and even coming into agreement with themselves! 

In fact, even those arguments that agree (with the fact that other religions are wrong) are off target in that they don't tell the complete problem.

Some would say it is that other religions don't believe in Jesus, or that Jesus is not what they believe to be the ONLY source of salvation.  Others would say that other religions are based on works of some kind while yet others would say that other religions don't believe in the need for salvation at all.

Ok, these are valid statements but not the answer to what is wrong with other religions and as long as saints are stuck on these types of responses the arguments FOR accepting/tolerating other religions will continue to prevail!

By the way, we are not discussing different denominations of the Christian faith here but Religions found in the world.

So what IS wrong with other religions?  What is wrong is that they are FALSE religions and the force behind all false religions is SATAN! 

What is wrong with other religions is that they are manufactured by SATAN in order to steal for himself the worship and service that belongs only to God Almighty!

• How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!
  For thou hast said in thine heart ...
        I will ascend into heaven,
        I will exalt my throne above the stars of God:
        I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the
            north:
        I will ascend above the heights of the clouds;
      I will be like the most High.  Isaiah 14:12-14
  Satan's great, driving desire is to be seen and treated as though he were actually god!
• But I say, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to devils, and not to God: and I would not that ye should have fellowship with devils.  1 Corinthians 10:20
  - - Again, satan is the manufacturer of false religions!

So this brings us to the issue of "getting along" with other religions or accepting other religions as "legitimate":  First of all, how can something be legitimate if it is FALSE? 

Could it be that the faith of multitudes of American Christians has become so diluted that they can no longer bring themselves to agree with what God Himself says about other religions?  Have multitudes of Christians become so spiritually compromised that they are afraid to speak the truth?

What else does God say about accepting false religions into our lives?

• Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?
  And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?
  And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
  Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you.
  And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty. 
  2 Corinthians 6:14-18

Let's go back to 1 Corinthians 10 for a moment, in verse 21 ...
Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils: ye cannot be partakers of the Lord's table, and of the table of devils.

Here is what seems to be happening: 

• The devil pours out false religion and the world - and deceivers in the churches - insist that we drink!
• The devil prepares a table alongside our faith in Christ, and the world - and deceivers in the churches - insist that we receive the food!  
• All the while doing all they can to convince us that what is being set before us is equal to what God has established as testified to by Christ Jesus our Lord!  AND WE BEGAN TO STOP CHALLENGING WHAT IS HAPPENING!

IT IS TIME to begin anew to declare what God's Word says and state the facts - - we cannot accept what false religions teach because false religions are orchestrated and directed by satan - - the enemy of God and of God's people AND OF THE ENTIRE HUMAN RACE!

Now I am not advocating that we treat the followers of false religions with hateful actions ... on the contrary we need to muster up the power of God's love and tell them the truth - in love - that they are in eternal danger and tell them the truth about their false religion!

Waging War To Prepare The Way For The Mahdi

The 15% of Muslims who are Shiites are preparing for the return of “the Mahdi”. To the Shiites, the Mahdi is the last Imam, the twelfth Imam, and though he has been hidden for the past twelve centuries, they believe his return is imminent.

When he was asked what the Mahdi will do upon his return, the Ayatollah Hadavi Tehrani quoted the ancient text of Imam Ali al-Baqir, stating, “For a full eight months, he will have his sword unsheathed and will kill the enemies of God until God is satisfied.”

After becoming Iran’s President, Ahmadinejad said that he believed his main mission as Iran’s leader is to “pave the path for the glorious reappearance of Imam Mahdi, may Allah hasten his reappearance.”

Ahmadinejad’s views are said to be shaped by a group known as the Hojjatieh, currently led by Ayatollah Mohammad Taqi Mesbah-Yazdi.

In an article written by Mohebat Ahdiyyih in the Middle East Quarterly, Ayatollah Mesbah-Yazdi states frankly that the concept behind the Twelvers’ end-times theology is that the “superiority of Islam over other religions is stressed in Qur'an, which calls on believers to wage war against unbelievers and prepare the way for the advent of the Mahdi and conquering the world.”

To the Twelver Shiittes like President Ahmadinejad and the Shiite ayatollahs, waging war, is therefore, not an unfortunate side effect of differing beliefs, but rather is a requirement which they must follow in order to “prepare the way for the advent of the Mahdi and conquering the world.”

The goal of the Twelver Shiittes is to rid the world of “Kufr”, which means a rejection of Islam, or the Quran, or the Mahdi. “Taghut” means rebellion to Allah, idolatry.

The Ayatollah Rudollah Khomeini, whose Madhist ideas led Iran through its Revolution and up until his death in 2008, has stated, “First, the existence of a non-Islamic political order necessarily results in the non-implementation of the Islamic political order. Then, all non-Islamic systems of government are the systems of kufrsince the ruler in each case is an instance of taghut,and it is our duty to remove from the life of Muslim society all traces of kufr and destroy them. … This is a duty all Muslims must fulfill in every one of the Muslim countries, in order to achieve the triumphant political revolution of Islam.”

Iran actively supports and exports Khomeini’s view of the universal duty of all Muslims to destroy all traces of any non-Islamic life.

Hezbollah is Arabic for “party of God”. That Lebanese group was created by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard. In fact, the children in the Mahdi Scouts of Lebanon each wear a small picture of the Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini on his chest.

Hezbollah’s former director of Mahdi Scouts, Bilal Naim, said, “After age 16, the boys mostly go to resistance or military activities.” That outcome is not surprising since Mahdi Scout leaders must adhere strictly to the pre-printed lessons for each age group. The chapter titles for the 12- to 14-year-old age group, include “Know Your Enemy,” “Loyalty to the Leader” and “Facts about Jews.” In those chapters, Jews are described as cruel, corrupt, cowardly, deceitful, and the killers of Islamic holy men.

These are all items we will want to keep in mind as we negotiate and discuss methods for deterring Iran from completing its nuclear weapons program.

Quake Expert: Earth Cracking Up

A leading earthquake scientist has warned that the planet could be cracking up after a series of massive quakes in just 48 hours.

Expert Gheorghe Marmureanu - from Romania's National Institute of Earth Physics - says 39 quakes had hit the globe within two days.

The series started with two massive quakes in Indonesia measuring 8.6 and 8.2 on the Richter scale rapidly followed by three more only slightly smaller in Mexico within hours.

"There is no doubt that something is seriously wrong. There have been too many strong earthquakes," said Marmureanu.

He added: "The quakes are a surprise that cannot be easily explained by current scientific knowledge. With the Indonesian quake for example, statistically, there should be one big earthquake in this part of Asia every 500 years. 

However, since 2004, there were already three quakes with a magnitude of over 8, which is not normal.
