Greetings!

When we moved to Springfield a year ago, we knew we were doing so under God's direction and for His purposes - - we had our reasons for wanting to move once He had put it into our hearts to do so, but as I learned a long time ago, We Have Our Reasons For Doing Something - But God Has His Purposes For Directing What We Do!

While the business of the ministry was progressing, where we lived had become a land of spiritual drought!  Ministries and churches had closed themselves off to anything "new" that God wanted to do; our key friends had left the ministry in favor of what the secular world had to offer - - one man who had once been my pastor made it clear that he was much more satisfied in the work force and God would have to force him back into ministry!  He then insulted me for asking him to work with me in a ministry project!

Moving to Springfield was a breath of fresh air and while for the first year we did not see reasons beyond our personal blessings for moving - - as always God's purposes will be revealed!

At about the one year mark, the Lord specifically told me to find a men's prayer breakfast which I did and attended the next day - which is when it was revealed the travesty of betrayal that the City Council had been trying to accomplish under cover of darkness!  The Lord reminded me at that meeting that He had told me that He was moving us to Springfield for reasons of His victory (as well as ours)!  So I knew that this battle was something foreordained long before we began to move!

More than that - - since that day, the Lord has placed us in fellowship with a number of local church and ministry leaders that recognize the Body of Christ is far greater than just their little domain!

One pastor with whom I have become especially close said to me just a few days ago:  "Dr. Timothy, you are the very first non-denominational minister I have ever come into fellowship with!  I am convinced that God has connected us in ministry and in brotherly fellowship!"

Some months ago, the Lord gave me to understand that He was still laying foundations for the True Hope Ministries and that soon things would begin to really develop - - and they have!

The Ministry Leaders' Cooperative Network is now launching - - we have been invited to present our ministry to a state-wide ministry headquartered in Springfield tomorrow and interest is building!

SPRINGFIELD MISSOURI UPDATE!

Springfield City Council is backing away from this travesty but they still won't just kill the bill!

Monday night at the next meeting, members of the council will be making two motions:

1. To create a task force and send the bill back to commission for further study - - which would be the best thing next to just voting no and rejecting the bill!
2. Failing this, the Council has announced that they will vote to send the bill to the November ballot and have the citizens of Springfield vote on it rather than City Council - - which is not the best thing to happen, but this too is winnable!

If both of these measures fail, then the hearing will proceed as planned and they will most likely vote on the bill Monday night! 

Now, while 3 City Council members have indicated that they have changed their minds and will vote against the bill, we still need a total of 5 to vote against this proposed ordinance in order to see its defeat!

Please pray that God will move on the hearts of the City Council members who can be moved - there are 3 who are dead set on passing this homosexual advantage ordinance - to see the horrific consequences if this passes and come under such heavy Holy Ghost conviction that they are literally moved to vote no giving this demonic assault a resounding defeat!

Thank you for your prayers - - what happens in Springfield will set the stage for many other communities with strong Gospel roots, maybe yours as well!

TIMES OF JUDGMENT

 In 1990 & 91 God gave me certain visions of the future of two things:  THE Church and other churches which the Spirit of God called "man's church" and "the church of man"!

ONE:  God showed me that both, The Church and churches of man were setting themselves in financial reliance and alignment with the government that the time would come when those churches would become "de facto agents of the state"!

• Men then, and still do, replied against me by saying that "this can't happen in America, we are protected!"
• Those churches who accepted government money became reliant upon the government money for their operations - - and when the government threatens to withhold those financial benefits, the churches will excuse themselves and use "business principles" as reason to justify their becoming agents of the state! 

TWO:  God showed me that The Church would be faced with losing it's tax exempt status if it failed to cooperate with the government's wishes and mandates ... and that eventually, the government would revoke the status of tax exempt for all true Churches!

• Back then, men replied against me saying they could not see anything like that ever happening!
• Last week, many pastors declined to attend a meeting to fight against this proposed ordinance to protect homosexuals - - - - on the basis that they were afraid of losing their tax exempt status!

THREE:  God showed me that He would bring the Church and those claiming to be His Church into times of judgment wherein they would face hard choices:  Either protecting their desired positions of privilege and prestige; or be faithful to God, God's Word and God's Ministry of Truth and be stripped of all advantages previously held by such congregations!

In the early and mid-2000's, God showed me and repeatedly affirmed that the Church would soon be losing it's tax exempt advantage and the Lord directed me to emphasize giving with pure motives even to the point that we began - and still do - encourage those who financially support THCM to NOT claim the contributions on their tax returns, just to become accustomed to not receiving the tax benefits!

• Men replied against me saying that this was guaranteed for all churches and that nothing could take that away from the churches - - - - they said I was just paranoid, CPA's and Tax experts said that there was no such threat in America!
• The financial crisis in America is now to the point that the government will be forced to look at every possible avenue of capturing revenues to offset our national deficit and to erase the national debt!
• GET READY!  Who will be promised to retain their tax exempt status?  Those churches that agree to "help" the government impose its will in society!

FOUR:  God gave me a poignant vision of the persecution of The Church in America!  To state it simply:  The Church will come under extreme pressures of persecution FROM THE CHURCHES OF MAN because the churches of man will be under pressure from the world to make themselves acceptable to the world (which is governed by satan) and to remove all Godly influence and Truth that challenges their authority over all men!

• Men replied against me that I was delusional!  Men replied against me calling me a fanatic or a radical and many called me a fanatical radical! 
• Do you see the news programs that have guest "ministers" who denounce those in the Body of Christ who insist on righteousness for our nation?
• Do you hear what the false "ministers" say about The Church not being loving and calling us haters and bigots for merely stating what God says about ANY sin or judgment of God?
  

I am convinced that in communities across our nation, God has allowed social issues in favor of sin and iniquity to be brought forth, even to the point of protecting such sin and iniquity by law in order to bring His Church and those who claim to be His Church into a time of testing!

Those ministry leaders (pastors, evangelists, apostles, prophets and teachers) who will lead in standing for and on righteousness will come into a realm of spiritual strength and abilities and given responsibilities over more saints of God than they ever imagined they would!

However, those ministry leaders who protect their privileged status and positions of prestige will be stripped of those who are truly saints of God and the "ministry" or "churches" that they lead will become cut away branches and the leaders themselves will be stripped of whatever spiritual authority and power they even thought that they had!

Those who choose to protect the worldly benefits that they and their congregations seem to have, will be given strong delusion so that they will now believe lies as they chose to abandon the strength of God's Truth!

Harsh words I know, but this is why we must pray for our Ministry Leaders and those who are in our congregations who have pursued to be accepted by the very world that hates The Body of Christ!  What they think are their advantages and benefits fall into the category of ... "What does it profit a man if he gain the whole world but loses his soul?"

Over 4 years ago now the Lord impressed me, with great weight, that the Church MUST experience a revival of righteousness if America is to have any reprieve at all from the flood of evil that is overcoming our land!

Christians Fear Mark Of The Beast Technology In Biometrics

Moss Bluff Elementary School in Lake Charles, La., wanted to speed up the cafeteria line and reduce errors in lunch accounting. So the school bought a Fujitsu PalmSecure biometric ID system, which has a scanner that reads the unique patterns of blood vessels in a human palm, enabling a positive ID, much like a fingerprint would. 

When school officials sent out a letter announcing the program, some parents freaked out. 

The parents had concerns centering around the belief that all forms of biometric ID constitute what the Christian Bible calls "the mark of the beast."

Wait, what? 

Here's what it says in Revelation 13:15-18: "And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, OR the name of the beast, or the number of his name ... and his number is six hundred threescore and six."

I was surprised to learn while researching this column that opposition to any sort of biometric ID systems for payment might be widespread among some Christian groups. 

A Christian blogger named Elwood Sanders summed up the biblical case for rejection of biometric ID like this: "Let me state my position clear: NO BIOMETRIC ID CARD! PERIOD! Every evangelical Christian needs to say NO to this kind of thing."

The case of Moss Bluff Elementary highlights our current reality with biometric ID technology: It's becoming so mainstream that schools are using it in their cafeterias. But some people are rejecting it based on religious grounds. 

So will pervasive biometric ID be adopted? Or rejected? The answer is less clear than you might think. 

How evil is biometric ID? 

Opposition to biometric ID is pretty widespread, and most of that opposition is based not on prophecy, but on concerns about privacy. 

A Senate hearing last month revealed the U.S. government's own concerns about the use of facial-recognition technology, both by government law enforcement agencies and private companies like Facebook. 

Europe is broadly resisting Facebook's facial recognition initiative, especially Germany. 

A professor from Spain's Universidad Autonoma de Madrid told the Black Hat conference recently that researchers there have come up with a way to hack iris recognition systems that fools the systems into identifying one person as another, raising fears that the main benefit of biometrics -- certainty -- may not be as reliable as promised. 

There are many privacy organizations and advocates with serious reservations about the use of biometric identification technology of any kind.

Moreover, many people associate fingerprinting with criminality, and they just don't like the idea of it. 

In general, privacy advocates view biometric tools -- especially those that can operate from a distance, such as facial recognition systems -- as grease on the slippery slope toward an Orwellian future in which the government can track everyone at all times with perfect accuracy. 

So we find ourselves in a strange position in which some religious conservatives and some secular liberal privacy advocates both agree that biometric identification is evil. 

Both groups can be vocal and influential. I predict that general opposition to biometrics will grow strong over the next few years. 

But so will support for the technology. 

Your body is the credit card

The cashless society is coming. The first step is the use of smartphones to make wireless payments. 

Google, Apple and others are pushing hard to move money out of your wallet and into your phone. 

The idea is that you'll walk into a store, transfer money from your account to the store, then walk out. No wallet necessary. 

But without your wallet, how do they know it's really you? 

Apple is buying the fingerprint company AuthenTec. It's likely that Apple will use the acquisition to build fingerprint ID into its products so you can use your Apple ID to buy anything. 

Android phones are expected to increasingly offer fingerprint ID systems and other biometric tools. 

It's just a matter of time before a majority of Americans are carrying biometric ID scanners in their own pockets. 

Florida schools are talking about using biometric ID technology not only in the cafeteria, but also in the library and on the bus. 

Japan is looking at using facial-recognition systems and other tools to speed up immigration procedures at two major airports. 

A day care center in Minnesota is using fingerprint ID to make sure people picking up children are authorized to do so. 

Biometric technology is even being proposed as the solution for cloud-computing security. 

The people who accept and approve of biometric ID technology do so because it adds security and convenience to our everyday lives. 

So it appears we're headed for a clash. On the one hand, you have a huge push for biometrics to replace signatures, passwords and photo IDs. 

On the other, you have a large number of people who consider biometrics an unparalleled evil, and they will refuse to participate. 

Who's right and who's wrong? Is biometric technology the answer to our security problems? Or is it just plain evil?   +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

The Day The Constitution Died

It is June 28, 2012 and on this day in history five Justices of the U.S. Supreme Court joined with President Obama and members of Congress to declare the U.S. Constitution and our free Republic dead. The Justices accomplished all of this by issuing a bizarre opinion on the Constitutionality of the “Affordable Health Care Act” commonly known as Obamacare.

In August of 2009 I wrote my first blog article on the Constitutionality of the proposed health care bill, H.R. 3200. I noted a number of Constitutional objections to it with the primary one being the violation of Article, Section 8, of the Constitution that limits the powers of Congress. I argued that nothing in that article, including the Commerce Clause, gave Congress the power to either regulate health care, or to turn over the power to do so to the Executive Branch of government.

Ironically, the Supreme Court agreed with me today on the Commerce Clause issue, but then did something that by its own past admissions; it has no Constitutional authority to do. The Court took a clearly unconstitutional law passed by Congress and essentially rewrote it in order to declare it Constitutional.  I’m referring specifically to the “penalties” imposed on Americans who fail to comply with the individual mandate requiring them to buy health insurance. Under the law, these people can be “fined” by the IRS for non compliance.

If you remember, when Obamacare was being proposed, the President, members of his cabinet, Democrats in Congress, and members of the mainstream news media were all assuring the American people that this was not a new “tax.” Now, John Roberts, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court has written a majority opinion saying essentially that these were all lies, but he is going to fix it by declaring that this is a tax, and therefore falls within the powers of Congress.

In a nutshell, we have a situation where the Congress passed a law that it had no authority under the Constitution to pass, and that further unconstitutionally granted extraordinary new powers to the Executive Branch, that are not authorized by the Constitution. Now, we have the U.S. Supreme Court upholding this, and making a power grab of its own by saying that it can ignore the Constitution and rewrite the laws passed by Congress.

The implications of this are staggering. The Supreme Court has now decided that the Federal government can use its powers of taxation to force the American people to do its will, even if individual freedoms guaranteed by the Bill of Rights are taken away in the process. Obama is already using the authority of the health care law to attack freedom of religion, and now when can expect him to go much further.

Imagine this, you are obese and the government declares that since that is a danger to your health, you will be taxed if you don’t lose weight. If you have dangerous weapons in your homes like firearms, and Obama orders you to surrender them to the Federal government, you can be taxed if you fail to do so. What about going to political websites on the internet that the Feds decide are inappropriate and endanger your emotional well being; there is a tax for that.

It sounds incredible, doesn’t it? Unfortunately, it could all happen as a result of today’s Supreme Court decision. Justice Roberts and the other four Justices who signed off on this opinion have increased the power of the Federal government far beyond what was intended by the founding fathers who wrote the Constitution, and for that matter the Declaration of Independence.

Today, the Constitution and our Republic were given the last rites by the progressives on the Supreme Court, but I am not ready to kick the dirt in on our freedom yet. I believe that many Americans are not just angry, but are as infuriated as I am. The election in November, if we are allowed to have a free and fair one, is one that must be won across the board. If Obama is re-elected and Democrats continue to control the Senate, then the demise of the United States will be official.

Well, maybe not. There is one other alternative and it is stated clearly in theDeclaration of Independence when Thomas Jefferson wrote about our inalienable rights:

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness.”

Perhaps it would be wise for those who are celebrating the death of America today, to remember that as long as there is one American left that is willing to defend the Constitution and the Republic, there will always be a spark of life that has not been extinguished. I intend to be one of those sparks.
