Well, we are now back from Houston (along with a few days of much needed R & R.)

A great big THANK YOU to those of you who made it possible to attend the Ministry Alliance's conference! It was awesome!

The messages brought forth were a mighty confirmation of what True Hope has been declaring for now 3 years in that the time is now upon us for a powerful time of awakening (re-awakening) in God's House and the time is now upon us that He is judging and will be judging His own house in preparation for His ultimate dealing with the world that rejects Him!

The "awakening" involves four areas of development in the personal lives of each of God's children ... Consecration; Separation; Reclamation and Restoration. All of these have to do with the people of God becoming the RIGHTEOUS people of God!

The time for "rah, rah" Christianity is far past and the time for REAL righteousness within each of us is at hand!

Imagine what God can do with such a people! Well, actually, imagination can only hint at what God will do with a separated, consecrated, restored and reclaimed people!

Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think (can imagine), according to the power that worketh in us,
Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen. Ephesians 3:20-21

CHOOSE TO BE DIFFERENT!

In the fall of 2008 I was ministering to a meeting of saints in Pennsylvania with a prophetic message regarding Luke 21 that we are in the time that we who are God's children should be "looking up" while guarding ourselves from getting overwhelmed by the affairs and concerns of this life.

The real emphasis of that particular message however was not just that we are living in the end days of the church age, but that because we are in the end days of the church age we who are God's children must make choices that many perhaps have not previously been confronted with.

That day I saw and presented to that group more pointedly than ever before this message: Choose to be different - - not just from the world - - but we must now choose to be different from the typical church because the typical church has become such a mirror image of the world we are supposed to be changing!

In that day's meeting, everyone was dressed very casually, God had me to get dressed in a full "Sunday Go To Meeting" dress suit! Not because there is anything wrong with dressing informally to worship, but to illustrate the challenge of the message I was giving: Are you willing to be different from the church around you?

Not showing yourself different in order to judge the church - - for that's God's domain, but judging what is right and not right according to God's Word and personally following that when the church around you is following what is socially and politically correct or desirable! Being different in a manner that God can use to bring conviction into the hearts of others who are embracing the world rather than embracing God's Word!

While we are choosing to be different, we must also be diligent to be different AND we must choose to be openly different without pointing fingers at the flaws in the lives of others! After all, finger pointing is one of the things that God is trying to eliminate from the Church!

Choose to be different. Be diligent to be different and speak to those THINGS that need to be changed. What about other of God's people who are resisting the changes God is requiring? YOU be obedient and also be spiritual!

Galatians 6:1-2
2 Timothy 2:24-26

Show the differences in your life as an example to other of God's children around you to be an encouragement to make the changes that God is dealing with them about! And finally, be ready to give an answer to those who ask you the reasons for your changes!

THE 5 KEYS TO DISCERNMENT

Some people say that knowing Scripture is the only real key to discernment that we need. And yes – Scripture is very important – especially in exposing false doctrine. But it is not only doctrines or teachings that are the greatest danger today. It is just as likely to be false ‘anointings’ or spirits – perhaps even “lying signs and wonders”. And we may need more than just a good understanding of Scripture to spot these things. Remember, a lot of the people caught up in the “manifestations mania” that we described in the last chapter actually know their Bible quite well. And yet they could still be deceived. So what are the things that can help us avoid deception in similar situations?

Some of the most basic keys to discernment that God has shown me are as follows:

(1) Know your HOLY GOD intimately. (When you have seen His glory, His holiness and His love – by drawing close to Him in prayer – then you can usually see through any counterfeits because you know the “real thing” so well).
(2) Know your Bible. It is very important to be able to spot teachings that are either extra-biblical or directly opposed to what the Scriptures teach. However, it is important to remember that the Scribes and Pharisees were extrememly learned in the Scriptures and yet they missed the very Messiah that was prophesied! So knowing the Bible is important – especially for doctrinal issues – but we need to be able to “discern the spirits” also.
(3) Be a “lover of truth”. This is very crucial. Are you someone who will actually stand up for Truth – even against the crowd? Or do you remain silent even when you are convinced something is very wrong?
(4) Purity of heart and Humility. Many deceptions only appeal to us because there is something inside us that “wants” to believe them. They are seductive because of darkness and wrong motives in our own lives. We must search our hearts and root these out.
(5) The ‘inner witness’ of the Holy Spirit. We must learn to never over-ride this “still small voice”, as it will save us from deception again and again. (More on this below).

Did you know that even an unbeliever can often spot a con-man or a snake-oil salesman? They get a kind-of “gut feeling” about such things. And they are often right! In fact, they are often less gullible than the Christians! (Because we are told in the church- “Do not judge”, ‘Touch not the Lord’s anointed’, “You have a critical spirit if you do not join in”, etc, etc. This is the very reason why Christians are often the most gullible and easily deceived). We need to realize that the Bible says to “test the spirits” and warns very strongly that the Last Days will be a time of “seducing spirits” and great deception. So how can we become more alert to these things?

All children to be registered in national biometric records

Below the radar of public opinion, Mexico has started to assemble the type of biometric national identity database that could be used to document names for a North American Trusted Traveler border pass card, a plan already being developed by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security for Mexican citizens.

It apparently would be similar to the program that has become commonplace in the European Union to allow free transit for EU citizens to move, live and work wherever they choose within the EU, disregarding nation-of-origin and national border restrictions.

On Jan. 19, 2011, Mexico's President Felipe Calderon signed an executive order requiring within the next five years all Mexicans 17 years old and younger have a biometric national identity card that would include a facial photograph, all 10 fingerprints, and an iris scan.

To carry out the presidential executive order, the Mexican Directorate General of the National Population Register plans to go to all elementary schools in Mexico schools in Mexico to record the required biometric information and issue individual identity cards.

The Mexican National Institute of Geography and Statistics estimates that in 2005, there were 10.5 million Mexicans between 5 and 9 years old, 11 million between 10 and 14 years old, and 10 million between 15 and 19 years old.

Reasonable estimates are that by the end of 2012, Mexico plans to issue more than 25.7 million biometric identity cards to the nation's children 18 years old and younger.

While promoted as a way to prevent crimes such as identity theft, Mexico has decided to begin with the nation's school children to create the type of biometric national identity database that will allow Mexican children as they grow up to already possess the biometric information they will need to obtain North American Trusted Traveler border pass cards the U.S. Department of Homeland Security is preparing to issue to Mexican citizens.

Once the nation's children are recorded in this biometric national identity database, the plan is to add a second phase that will extend the biometric identification cards to Mexican adults, with a third phase designed to establish a national registry for all foreigners residing in Mexico.

The new Mexican Personal Identity Card includes a security hologram to prevent duplication or the creation of fraudulent cards; iris scan information embedded in a bar code on the reverse of the card; various biometric information included invisibly in the card, including all 10 digits in fingerprints.
