Does your department need support from University Communications and Marketing? The best way to effectively submit a request to UCM, even in a rush, is to use the online form.
Please see below for important information on submitting
project requests.

When a project request is submitted, it goes into a project management system rather than a personal email account. Even if team members are away from the office, the request is still pushed to the talented designers, photographers, videographers or writing experts. When the request is received, one of them will be in touch with any questions or additional needs.
Please keep in mind that in most cases, UCM graphic designers need 7-10 business days to complete a request. If the project needs to be printed by UWG Publications and Printing, they request two weeks to complete the project. Please consider this when setting your deadlines.

During the week of September 3, The Center for Business Excellence will offer OneUSG Time and Attendance Approver, ePAR and Travel Data Entry training. To register for a particular training, please log in to DevelopWest and click on Instructor-Led Training Sessions on the home page and search for the training in which you wish to enroll.

Points of Pride
Points of Pride for June and July have been posted on the President's website.

Social Media Workshop
During this fall semester training session, social media managers across campus will meet and discuss social media best practices, the university social media policy and social media updates. Please fill out this Google form and pick the date you want to attend.

The Work West Bulletin

The Work West Bulletin provides you with the information you need to get through your work week. This bulletin is a visually interactive way to share important dates, deadlines, policy changes and training information all in one place. The Work West Bulletin is published weekly on Monday to all faculty and staff.

Items can be submitted to the bulletin via email: Bulletin announcements (100 words or less) should be submitted by noon on Thursday before the following Monday's publishing date. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact UCM.
