Employee Termination Form
When a faculty, staff or temporary employee terminates employment with the university, department managers need to complete the
termination notification web form. Ideally, the form would be submitted as soon as the last day of employment is known, but must be submitted no later than five days after the termination date. This form also needs to be submitted within 30 days for employees that change departments on campus.
Dine West Hours
For the week of December 11-15, Market Fresh Deli will be open 10 a.m.-2 p.m. and Starbucks will be open 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
Bookstore Sale
The Bookstore is offering 20 percent off for faculty and staff purchases on December
12-13. Shop 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The discount cannot be combined with any other discount.
New Parking Lot
Parking Services announces the opening of Campus Center Lot 12A. This parking lot was built over the old substation location to create a total of 47 new spaces, two of which are additional ADA spots. The lot is designated "open parking" available for all currently registered vehicles with the exception of residential freshmen.
Student Activitiy Fee Budget Allocation
The Student Activity Fee Budget Allocation (SAFBA) Committee is now accepting proposals for funding from student activity fees for the 2018-2019 academic year with a December 15 deadline. To apply for funds, complete one of the forms located in
Orgsync. Use your university credentials to log in. Then search for and click on the SAFBA portal, click on forms and complete the appropriate form. Contact Chris Geiger in the Center for Student Involvement with any questions.
