All events should be submitted to the official university Events Calendar.
Employee Termination Form
When a faculty, staff or temporary employee terminates employment with the university, department managers need to complete the termination notification web form. Ideally, the form would be submitted as soon as the last day of employment is known but must be submitted no later than five days after the termination date. This form also needs to be submitted within 30 days for employees who change departments on campus.

Student Activitiy Fee Budget Allocation-Deadline Extended
The Student Activity Fee Budget Allocation (SAFBA) Committee is now accepting proposals for funding from student activity fees for the 2018-2019 academic year with a January 12 deadline. To apply for funds, complete one of the forms located in Orgsync.
Use your university credentials to log in. Then search for and click on the SAFBA portal, click on forms and complete the appropriate form. Contact Chris Geiger in the Center for Student Involvement with any questions.

Dine West Hours This Week
Market Fresh Deli will be open 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday through Wednesday.
Starbucks will be open 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday through Wednesday.

Mail Services Holiday Hours
Mail Services will have a reduced schedule December 21-22, with no departmental delivery on campus. All window services will be available. They will aso have an outgoing delivery to USPS.

Petty Cash Schedule
After regular petty cash hours on Tuesday, December 19, petty cash transactions will not be accepted again until Tuesday, January 2, 2018.

The Work West Bulletin

The Work West Bulletin will provide you with the information you need to get through your work week. This bulletin is a visually interactive way to share important dates, deadlines, policy changes, and training information all in one place. The Work West Bulletin will be published weekly on Mondays to all faculty and staff.

Items can be submitted to the bulletin via email: report@westga.edu. Bulletin announcements (100 words or less) should be submitted by noon on Thursday before the following Monday's publishing date. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact UCM. We hope that you will find it helpful and informative.
