NSSE/FSSE Launch
UWG wants to gauge students' experiences in college–both inside and outside the
classroom, as well as faculty practices linked with high levels of learning and
development using the NSSE and FSSE. The National Survey of Student Engagement
(NSSE) will go out to first-year and senior students via campus email on Feb. 14 and be
open until mid-May. The Faculty Survey of Student Engagement (FSSE) begins March
26 and runs through May 9. If you have questions, please contact Amanda Thomas

Termination of University Emloyment Notice
When a faculty, staff or temporary employee terminates employment with the university, department managers need to complete the
termination notification web form. Ideally, the form would be submitted as soon as the last day of employment is known but must be submitted no later than five days after the termination date. This form also needs to be submitted within 30 days for employees who change departments on campus.

The Work West Bulletin is published weekly on Monday to all faculty and staff.
