Facilities is repairing the westbound lane of Aycock Drive at University Drive. Work will  continue through June 18. Please use caution in the area.

Travel Data Entry, OneUSG Time and Absence Approver and ePro Requester training. To register for a particular training, please log in to DevelopWest and click on Instructor Led Training Sessions on the home page and search for the training in which you wish to enroll.

Assessmentment Records Retention Informational Meeting
Have you ever wondered what you should do with those assessment reports and materials used to create said reports? Come hear from the director of assessment, Amanda Thomas, and records and information manager, Tara Pearson, on how you should be maintaining these records. You will learn what you should be keeping, how long you should keep them and in what format. You will also learn about the new Records Information Management (RIM) Policy 8.4. These sessions apply to all units/offices on campus. Multiple sessions will be held on June 21. The Office of New Student Programs has begun welcoming new Wolves and their families to campus. If you see students and their families wandering around campus, please offer your assistance if they look lost or confused. The Work West Bulletin

The Work West Bulletin provides you with the information you need to get through your work week. This bulletin is a visually interactive way to share important dates, deadlines, policy changes and training information all in one place. The Work West Bulletin is published weekly on Monday to all faculty and staff.

Items can be submitted to the bulletin via email: report@westga.edu. Bulletin announcements (100 words or less) should be submitted by noon on Thursday before the following Monday's publishing date. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact UCM.
