Year End Purchasing Hints
Here are some helpful tips to speed up the processing of purchase orders:
• Please include a written quote from the vendor or print out from the website that includes item number, description of item and cost.
• In the requisition line "item description," please enter a description, not just the item number or company name.
• Please review open purchase orders and encumbrances. If there are any open purchase orders that need to be closed, please email details to
Sandra Robinson.

The Work West Bulletin provides you with the information you need to get through your work week. This bulletin is a visually interactive way to share important dates, deadlines, policy changes and training information all in one place. The Work West Bulletin is published weekly on Monday to all faculty and staff.
Items can be submitted to the bulletin via email:
