Year End Purchasing Hints
Here are some helpful tips to speed up the processing of purchase orders:

Please include a written quote from the vendor or print out from the website that includes item number, description of item and cost.
In the requisition line "item description," please enter a description, not just the item number or company name.
Please review open purchase orders and encumbrances. If there are any open purchase orders that need to be closed, please email details to Sandra Robinson.

Please call or email for further help.
