Due to an upcoming PeopleSoft system maintenance upgrade in early December (the exact date is not yet known), all expense reports will need to be cleared from the PeopleSoft system. If you have a reimbursement to submit (or to approve) please do so at your earliest convenience in order for Purchasing to have time to process the reports. You will receive updates with specifics as they are made available.

The Work West Bulletin

The Work West Bulletin will provide you with the information you need to get through your work week. This bulletin is a visually interactive way to share important dates, deadlines, policy changes, and training information all in one place. The Work West Bulletin will be published weekly on Mondays to all faculty and staff.

Items can be submitted to the bulletin via email: Bulletin announcements (100 words or less) should be submitted by noon on Thursday before the following Monday's publishing date. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact UCM. We hope that you will find it helpful and informative. We look forward to continuing to improve how we share the great news of UWG with you.
