During the week of Nov. 18, the Center for Business Excellence will offer Budget ReportDepartment Approver and Account Reconciliation
 training. To register for a particular training session, please log into DevelopWest and click on Instructor-Led Training on the home page and search for the training in which you wish to enroll.

This Saturday the Wolves will take on their long-standing bitter rival, the Valdosta State Blazers. Join your fellow Wolves Saturday night at University Stadium at
7 p.m. and howl for a W to bring the
Peach Basket back to UWG!
PeopleSoft Down

A friendly reminder of the Nov. 13, noon deadline for submission of fully approved and valid budget checked travel and expense reimbursements as well as purchasing requisitions.


PeopleSoft financials will be brought down Thursday, Nov. 21 at 5 p.m. and will remain down until Monday, Nov. 25 at 7 a.m.

  • Expense reports not audited and approved for payment will be sent back electronically on Nov. 21.
  • Requisitions not converted into a purchase order, approved and dispatched by purchasing will be deleted from the system.

All requisitions and expense reimbursements may be resubmitted or entered when maintenance is completed and the system becomes available Monday, Nov. 25.

The Work West Bulletin provides you with the information you need to get through your work week. This bulletin is a visually interactive way to share important dates, deadlines, policy changes and training information all in one place. The Work West Bulletin is published weekly on Monday to all faculty and staff.

Items can be submitted to the bulletin via email: report@westga.edu. Bulletin announcements (100 words or less) should be submitted by noon on Thursday before the following Monday's publishing date. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact UCM.
